Dawn Truslow, R.N., M.S. - The Surgery Center of Charleston Co-Administrator
Dawn Truslow, RN, MHA, has an extensive career in Nursing. She earned a Diploma in Nursing from Lutheran General and Deaconess School of Nursing and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Her experience includes that as a Managed Care Administrator, a Surgery Center Administrator as well as hands on patient care.
Melody Still, RN, AND - The Surgery Center of Charleston Co-Administrator
Melody started with Charleston ENT in 2008 as the Post Anesthesia Care Unit Supervisor and RN Staff Member. She began her role as interim Administrator in March of 2009, and was promoted to Co-Administrator in November 2009. She graduated from Trident Technical College with a degree in Nursing and has spent the rest of her career overseeing nurses and patient care.
Jennifer Donahue - Director of Medical Center Operations
Jennifer Donahue is our Director of Medical Center Operations and the go to person for all clinic and personnel needs. Jennifer graduated from Olympic College in Bremerton, WA in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences. She came to us in 2010 with 5 years of experience in practice management and 7 years of experience with administrative patient care. Jennifer is responsible for the daily activity in all 7 offices throughout the Greater Charleston area, and will work with the Executive Director to sustain Charleston ENT’s continued growth.
Charlene Thompson - Billing Department Manager
Charlene Thompson has been with Charleston ENT since 2000. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Trident Technical College, previous experience in academic medical centers and private practice, and additional training through MISYS and All Scripts. She is a member of the Charleston Area Medical Managers Association, which allows her to stay ahead of breakthroughs in medical billing/coding, and keeps her current with industry changes and challenges. Her staff has over 100 years of billing experience with 2 full time knowledgeable coders to ensure the quality of claims management.
Krystal Vargha - Human Resources Specialist
Krystal Vargha joined Charleston ENT in 2008 as the first Human Resources Specialist. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. Prior to Charleston ENT, Krystal had 2 years of HR experience and 6 years of management experience in both the banking and hospitality industries. Krystal is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is active in making Charleston ENT a challenging and rewarding place to work.
