Refund Policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding an online transaction, please contact our billing office at (843) 763-5342. You will need to provide us with the following information: Patient account number, date of payment, amount of payment, and a copy of the payment confirmation or transaction detail provided by your financial institution. 

Refund Return Policy

Hearing aids considered returnable within the 30 day trial period will be refunded by check to the responsible party on the account unless otherwise specified.
