Mark Ghegan, M.D., has joined the physicians team at Charleston Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, a practice group of nine board-certified otolaryngologists with six offices throughout the Tri-County area. Dr. Ghegan moves from Atlanta, where he worked as an ENT physician and surgeon.

Ghegan completed his internship and residency at The Medical University of South Carolina Department of Otolaryngology after earning his M.D. at The Medical College of Georgia. Ghegan received a B.A. from The University of Virginia, graduating with honors. He is a member of The Academy of Otolaryngology and been published in The American Journal of Otolaryngology, The American Journal of Rhinology, The Journal of Endovascular Therapy, Laryngoscope and The Archives of Otolaryngology. He has received numerous recognitions for his expertise in Otolaryngology including The Merck Manual Book Award, The William Weston, and The Peacock Family Awards.

Dr. Ghegan is board certified and is seeing patients at the West Ashley and Mt. Pleasant offices.
