As a courtesy to all our patients, our office will file insurance claims to your primary insurance carrier. If we do not participate in your insurance plan, please be aware that your benefits may be reduced. If you have not met your deductible, payment in full is required. Our office will still file your claim, which will be applied to your deductible.

Our office participates with South Carolina Medicare and Medicaid programs. We are also providers in some managed care plans. Please call the office site where your appointment is scheduled to verify that we participate with your particular insurance plan.

Our doctors participate with many insurance companies. The specific plans with which we are associated changes frequently enough that we ask our patients to check with us.
